Measured Building Surveys provide our clients with a survey of the site, along with floor plans and external elevations of the buildings, We would show all walls, windows, doors, columns / stanchions, visible beams, changes in floor / ceiling, and stairs, along with associated levels / heights.

Our surveys will be specifically geared to our clients requirements providing accurate, detailed information quickly and efficiently to keep to a tight budget and schedule.

Once the field work is complete the survey will be processed and drafted up on AutoCAD to the appropriate scale, fully titled drawings will be provide in PDF and .DWG as required.

How much does a Meaured Building Survey Cost?.........

All properties and requirements are different, so all surveys differ in price, but as a base its £5 a square metre.

Will my Survey show the external levels to my Property?......

Yes, we can provide a Topographical survey showing the external levels.
